They ( 2 men) arrived precisely on time. They assessed the damage and gave me the price. They repaired the hole so neatly it is almost impossible to tell where the damage was. They cleaned thoroughly when they were done. At first they weren't certain they could replace the wooden molding which had come loose from the trap door in the garage ceiling, but they improvised and replaced it---much to my delight. I didn't want to have to hire a carpenter, also.
