I worked with Tina Platt and she is amazing! She assisted me with material and color choices. Tina arranged all of the installation and inspected the final product. The bathroom tile is beautiful. The floor installers did an excellent job blending the flooring and they had to do a lot of cutting. These people gave me the bathroom and kitchen I dreamed about. I would hire again and did for my last project.

Tina, sales rep, of Friendly Floors, brought in her "A" team of Jason and Joe. They did a meticulous job on the tear out and installation of our new wood floors. Since we were doing a stairway and a stairway landing, the job involved a lot of extra precision cutting. Both installers were a pleasure to have in our home. They are kind, caring, and communicative, as well as excellent craftsmen. Next, Brad came in and laid the new carpeting in the one bedrooms, and his work was just as perfect as Jason and Joe's work. Perfect attention to detail. Our American grown and milled wood floors are a beautiful asset to our home, and we could not be happier having the jobs done by Friendly Floors.

Crew arrived as scheduled & completed the same day, less one door molding. Returned after getting correct moklding to finish. Cutting was done outside All areas were left clean.

Job took a few days Installer was by himself. Kept area clean while working. No complaints Did have an issue with a transition piece of molding that took a few weeks to settle, but it was done. Not sure who caused the issue. Showroom staff very friendly and helpful

It all went very smoothly. I worked with Jeff Robinson at the Pro Floors show room and he helped me pick out the right carpet for my needs. He came to my condo at exactly the right time to measure in order to give me an estimate. He provided me with an estimate by the end of the next business day which was fine.
We set up a time to have the carpet installed, and the crew was there right on time. They didn't waste any time and finished ahead of schedule. They were very careful with my furniture and helped me get it all back in place.
I would give Pro Floors my highest recommendation.

When the "A" team installers came out to look over the job, they figured out the moving of the furniture, and how the tear out would go. During the install they discovered high spots in the concrete slabs and some low areas that needed to be filled before the floor could be laid. They explained how the warranty by insurance company, in case of any future claim, would be impacted by a gap of greater than 1/4" ?and showed us how that was calibrated with an 8 foot steel beam.They made sure all measurements were totally in compliant with code. ?We really learned a lot about laying a floor from Jason and Joe. They put the ?felt pieces under all furniture after the planks were laid and did a great job of cleaning up. The guys were great in our home and we were totally comfortable with them being here. We could not have been more happy with the office team and the crew team. We LOVE our new floors and are grateful that we selected Friendly Floors...... yes, they really are friendly!!?

"I apologize for your dissatisfaction. I believe either a miscommunication or a misunderstanding has occured. As far as pricing, the invoice was discounted $100.00. We do not charge to move furniture or remove and dispose of existing carpet, so normally there would not be a discount for that. In speaking with our installation team, it seams every door in the house was removed, both closet and room entry doors, to facilitate your home being painted prior to the installation team's arrival. Friendly Floors does not remove and replace doors as a normal part of installation. Carpet can be installed with doors in place. The installers as a courtesy re-installed all the doors per the homeowner's request, including the hinges. In the odd chance we have to remove a door, we only pull the pin. We do not remove all of the hinges and replace them. That is something a painter would do. The installer's drill was battery powered and went dead according to them, and they borrowed the homeowner's drill to complete the task he had requested of them. The installation team recalls the house being open most of the day and was told it was to air out the house. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding about the door being open. The installation team was thankful to receive the $20.00 tip given them upon completion of the job.
