"Floridian Realty Services’ Rental Associates have been managing local rental properties since 2007 with over 200 properties served. The vast majority of renters in the Charlotte County area are respectful of the lease terms and a pleasure to work with. A mere single digit percentage of renters push the limits of their lease terms. In which case, our associates are skilled in handling such issues. At the end of the one year lease term for this subject property, the owner received all twelve months of rent paid by the renter. The renter left the home with some wear and tear for which the owner received compensation from the renter’s security deposit. The owner received all sums of money due per the lease and the property was returned to its pre-lease condition."
