At first ok,then badly. Generic thermostat failed after short time, They came back and stated the Company would order a new one. After 3 weeks the office called back after I had called them and asked if the could still come and replace the part if they could get one. I can get the part online in 2 - 3 days but I was told I would get a part refund
Never called again. The Tech that worked on the heat pump the last time he was here said he would order the part but he was tired of working on the system
New company came out , figured out the problem fast ( Bad Thermostat ) Ordered part, Set up the Heat pump so I can run it until part comes in.
Use this company and you will be sorry you did. I never write a bad thing about anyone, But this is just bad service and a waste of money. The last time I tried to call them the call would not connect.
