We were looking for a property to rent in the North Port Florida area.  We did see one of interest on line and contacted Holly Babik at ERA Advantage Realty in Port Charlotte FL who was listed as the agent for the property.  We spoke with Holly on the telephone, she gave us all the particulars on the property and the rental process.  All was in order and totally  agreeable so we set up to meet with Holly at the property.  She met us at the property showed us around the home, the yard and the club house pool area.  We knew it was the property we would like to rent and began the process before we even left the property that day.  Holly provided all the paperwork we needed to complete, explained all that would occur and kept in touch with us during the application process.  She returned calls and texts promptly and provided timely updates on the process. 
The process was so much easier than we anticipated and Holly was wonderful to work with.  She has even texted us to check in and see if we are settled in and had any questions.  She went far beyond what we expected, our expectations were met and exceeded.
