Eastvale Pool Services

I was contacted by Ola. She stated that one of her technicians would contact me to drain and clean my pool. I was contacted and assumed he was the technician. I will assume that he was subcontracted out to do the job. Scott, from 007 pools, arrived unprepared, having to borrow items from me to do the job or requiring an extra trip to find a pump to drain the pool. He even stated that he forgot his estimate book and hand wrote his work order, having "borrowed a sheet of paper" from me. When he finished the pool was only half done stating that the stains were too great to be removed. (That evening, I acid washed the pool again removing the majority of stain that he said was not possible.) Part of the job consisted of re-balancing the pool. This never happened after a few requests, so once again, I did it myself. Money wasted on a job half done.......I could have done a better job on my own. My sugestion.....DO NOT USE Scott at 007 Pools......a sub-contractor of Eastvale Pool Service.

We paid for them to clean every week. These guys have not showed up for a month. Balance paid in full. 100% do not recommend

Shannon came out to see my issues and explained what I needed. He then showed me how to clean the filter. I then hired him. After the first cleaning the pool looked fantastic! I'm very pleased and would recommend their services.

Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and very informative on what to do before his first cleaning. Our above ground pool is back to clean and swimmable after his first cleaning. And his wife, Ola, provides an easy pay online invoice that we can pay instantly. I would definitely recommend their company. Thank you for the wonderful service!!
