He performed the services well, however I had several other jobs to be done.


1. Paint garage and seal floor.

2. Repair the bottom of exterior door

3. Clean and reset a few brick Lania pavers.

4. Wash exterior Patio Doors

I have called him 3 times he says he will call back , BUT HE NEVER CALLS BACK
I GUESS HE ONLY WANT TO DO THE QUICK AND EASY JOBS

He did multiple jobs, including painting, installing a vinyl awning, a lot of pressure washing aroung the house, and cleaned the dryer vent. The work was done very professionaly. He is a nice, clean cut young man. He was very nice to work with. He has even come back a few times to straighten up a few things that we asked him to do. He was prompt on each visit.

Price met quote.  Said what he would do and did it.  Arrived on time and cleaned up his mess.  Left us some plastic for use in finishing paint job we wanted to do ourselves.

he came, he saw and he conquered.  He was very courteous, explained it all to us and did what he said he would do for the price he estimated.  We would use him again!

i was interested in having a "closet rod" installed in our laundry room (white metal rod with a shelf-- like what you see in a lot of clothes closets). i called Dave's Handyman Service, and Dave himself answered. i explained to him what i wanted, and he was very nice & understanding. he said that he could stop by our house that afternoon on his way home. he was very punctual. he came in and made a few measurements and gave me an estimate of the costs & time that would be involved. he gave me a couple of options that i could go with as far as the hardware that i wanted to use--- i opted for the more expensive parts for their sturdiness. Dave bought all of the hardware involved-- i didn't have to supply anything. he came by the next afternoon and installed the shelf/rod. the whole job took about 24 hours from estimate visit to installation. i was VERY impressed with the efficiency of the job. he did a great job installing the shelf unit and cleaned up after himself beautifully. it looks great and i'm very happy with Dave's work. we have more odd jobs to get done, and we will definitely use Dave. Very professional, clean, and efficient.

He’s done all of my handyman work around my home.

I bought a home for my son at a fraction of it's list price by agreeing to accept the damage and not ask for inspections.  The bidders who required inspections lost the bid to me.  This is not a risk for the faint of heart.  I knew the risk going in.  I budgeted $2,000 for repairs and I ended up real close to that budget and got a very expensive house for a song.  Dave the Handyman was as loyal as a Saint Bernard.  He took good care of my kids house and even at the price, which was a little bit a surprise, he was worth every penny of it.  The damage exceeded my understanding of it.  His fee is reasonable and customary for the work he did.  I was stunned at the shortcuts the contractors took when they placed the home.  Dave the Handyman fixed the shortcuts and did the job right.  I don't mind paying for quality work that lasts especially when the repairs don't return me to the status quot, instead they leave me well ahead in the quality area.  He fixed many minor problems that never should have been done that way in the first place.  He made it RIGHT!  And I am grateful. 
That house was not sited according to code.  It is now.  Dave brought it up to code in addition to fixing the problems.
I know a thing or two about examining a building for flaws, I used to do this for a living.  He found things I missed.  And yes, they were valid and in need of upgrading. 
My son having a safe place to live in means a lot to me and I will give Dave the Handyman part of the credit for making that happen. 

Since I have COPD and asthma I am limited as to what I can do. I decided I needed someone who knew what they were doing and was reasonable in their prices. Saw Dave's ad and contacted him. I'm glad I did. I have several things I need done so we discussed how best to do the jobs. The painting job was first on the list as there was raw wood exposed to the elements. Dave arrived on time and proceeded to do a very professional job. I will be calling on him in the future for several other jobs I have in mind. I would recommend him to anyone who needs handyman services
