+ -1 moreAweful. Never stuck to quoted prices. Had to pay two and three times for work that was not done the way we asked the first time. Asked what we wanted then did what he wanted. No Communication! Finally fired him than found out inspections were never called in or failed !! New inspections ordered showed most of his work failed!
