They were horrible. My one dog hid for three days and she was sick. She had always been a cuddler, but when she came back she was afraid of everything she would not come near my husband or me for three days. I don't know what they did, but I will never go back there. Also my dogs came back looking like Scrappy and Scooby Doo. Their price was fair. They were punctual, but that was about it. My advice is not to use them. When you walk in they had shelves. The dogs were sitting on the shelves and they were tethered. We were the first customers that morning so we did not see it, but when we came back the little dogs were all tethered to the shelves. They could fall and choke themselves.
