It went very well, the owner is the person who does the work. It does sometimes take awhile for him to call back which is something this business needs to find a solution to work. I experienced some frustration from that and almost didn't use them because of it but I was glad we did. I personally observed why he doesn't call back as he is up on a scaffolding putting up screen ( not a position you want to answer your phone from), and since it was only him and one other guy they worked out in the heat all day till the sun was down, putting the screen up. The bottom line is the work that was done was good quality. I had one question which I asked when he followed up by calling me after the work was completed to assure himself we were satisfied and he answered it and offered to come out and trim if I wanted but since his answer made sense we didn't.

The worker is really thorough, good and very nice. I would call on him anytime. He did an excellent job, he's a very pleasant person and very helpful with any other requests that I had, he fulfills them. When they put the screening on before they took off the covers that cover the opening and I was worried about rodents or anything getting under there and he took care of that for me. He plugged it up. He was very thorough.
