Complete Auto Repair

I take my 2010 Chrysler here, as well as my husbands 1999 Honda Civic. Ron and his team keep both of my late-model cars running as well as a new car, at a fraction of the cost. Ron's wife, Misty, manages the front of the shop, and it's always fun and enjoyable to wait in their comfortable waiting room. Highly recommended!

I took the car back and the mechanic took a ride with me to make sure we were both hearing the same noise. I took it back a few days later and they kept it for a couple of days. They put different parts on and off and still the noise persists, but they can find no mechanical explanation for it. When I left, the service manager told me that now there is nothing to be fixed on the car. Because I am trying to sell the car, I was hoping to get rid of the noise. The only absolutely negative thing I can say is that I had this car detailed and it was spotless when I took it in. When I picked it up each time, there were greasy hand prints on the steering wheel, door handle, and console, and greasy footprints on the door.

They were good. They quoted me a price and didn't go over that. They showed me all the parts. Yes, I would use them again.

Each time I go, the technicians check for 50 different things. If something is wearing out, they give me a written estimate that includes the price. They never pressure you to get a repair done. When you get an oil change, they rotate your tires if they need it! That extends the life of your tires, and lets you know when your brakes are wearing out. If you need it, they will also put on new wiper blades! The best part is that they will take you to the mall so you don't need to wait at the shop!

Two things were great this time.
The first was on my older car. They give you an estimate of all the repairs that are coming due in the near future, and the cost of that repair is included. So I know I need to have my brake system flushed soon, and just how much that will be. That eliminates the surprise factor in getting your car repaired.
The second was on my newer car. Jim, the manager, showed me a warranty program that my car qualifies for (less than 30,000 miles). It provides free repairs in the future, up to $4,000 for several areas of the car - transmission, brakes, etc. This warranty is FREE!
These guys really take the long view of you as a customer. They don't surprise you with big charges, and actually want you to take it for a second opinion. They have a lot of loyal customers for this reason.

Went to two places, both mystified as they'd never worked on an Allison transmission, this in a Silverado 2500 HD. Ron traced it to an engine prob of all things which affected the transmission when shifting. Only took a couple of days to pin it down, very satisfied with Ron and Complete Auto.
