We have a smart thermostat that alerted us to a problem with our townhouse air conditioner unit. We called Cliff's because they installed the air conditioner. Carol in front office was very professional and scheduled service in timely manner. They arrived on time and replaced a non working capacitor. Our smart thermostat started registering good cooling levels and problem solved. We purchased a preventive maintenance package so we will have another service call within a year included in the charges.

I have dealt with them for few years and I have been very satisfied. I was so pleased with what they did for me a few years ago, that I called them when my mother needed a new system last year. They were very good about picking up after themselves. They were very professional, prompt, and courteous. The workmanship was great, but there was one little problem they had to come out and service, but that was not their fault, and they came quickly to make the repair. I would use this provider again.
