Chuck Bergman Pressure Washing

Called to get estimate. Father called back finally after three calls. Son came and did the job and was very nice. It was the Friday afterThanksgiving. Son did a good job cleaning roof and the driveway. They both looked good. Before he did the cleaning I asked if he was going to cover my plants. He said since I had gutters that it was not needed. He did water some of the plants after the cleaning. Then about a week later my triple palm in front was brown as was my crown of thorn and some bushes. My weeping hibiscus tree also took a hit. I told the son when he was here that I almost did not use them because they did not call back. He said yes he had told his father that was not good business. So first of Dec I left a message and asked that they come and look at my landscape. I never received a call back. Well they have not called back after I have left another message. Since the father did not call back when I wanted cleaning done, I figured I would not receive a call since not I have an issue. The receipt says to water where you do not have gutters. I have gutters all around my house, and was told my plants would be fine. I have never written a bad review before. I was hopeful we could work something out as I liked the son. Obviously this is not how you should do business. I would not use this company unless you do not have any landscaping and you do not need to talk to them again. It is in fortunate that they did not call back.

Showed up on time. Was professional, Took only 4 hours. Did a good job.

I was completely happy with the work done. My house now looks presentable for it's For Sale debut.

I am new to the area. I use Angie's List for everything. So far so good. I called a pressure washing service that was recommended by the list. The man explained that he was in the middle of a very large job that would tie him up for months but he offered a suggestion. That being Chuck Bergman. I called Chuck, explain what I needed and asked for an estimate. The next day Chuck called back gave me the estimate. I said yes. He said they could show up in two days. As promised, Chuck's son showed up on time. We walked around the home and he explained what he was going to do. He asked me to remove any items on the patio made of cloth (4 chairs & a rug). He first covered all the shrubs and ferns and then went to work. I was amazed at the results. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this family owend business to everyone. I will use them again.
