Phil showed up on time - took a minute to pet our puppies. I immediately started asking him questions because I wasn't sure what the pipe was for and if a plumber was really the one to fix the problem or should I be calling a roofer. Phil took the time to explain exactly what his experience had been in these cases and he assured me that he understood the problem and that he, indeed, should be able to resolve my issues. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the problem solved, and then sent me pictures of what he found and his final fix. He assured me that I should have no more problems with the leak.
What a great guy - very professional, very efficient and he didn't waste any time. It only cost $90 to fix years worth of problems.
Thank you Charlotte Plumbing - I will keep your number in my book and make sure that I refer you to others who may have plumbing issues.

Rep came out to give estimate but did the job instead because he said they were so busy I would have to wait a couple of weeks if they put it on the schedule. Loved that! Plumber did efficient and terrific job. No muss and no fuss.
I think his price was very fair.

Their prices are reasonable, their work is excellent and they come when we call and need them to come.

Our water heater began leaking and Charlotte Plumbing was recommended by my in-laws. They quoted a price over the phone- my only reason for a B in this category is that I did not check with anyone else, I preferred to deal with them due to the recommendation noted above.

They showed up the next day as promised with the water heater. I mentioned that we had previously run out of hot water in our large soaker tub and the installer offered to install a larger unit. The cost was minimal so I agreed and the larger unit was delivered promptly.

The installed and the woman that I dealt with by phone were both very professional and pleasant and the heater was installed correctly.  I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Very we'll. work was done in about 6 hours.

The plumber was excellent, explained everything. He was prompt, efficient and courteous!

Plumber arrived on time and brought all the necessary check valves and blow off valves. He suggested I go with CPVC instead of PVC for stronger line. The leak was about 1/4and quot; from the house wall. He was able to solder a copper fitting next to the wall. He also added a stronger hose bib and valve. When finished he painted the complete assembly to match the house color and also add protection from the sun and sea air.

It was not a pipe break! They went through every pipe in the house! They spent about an hour looking over everything and were able to conclude that there is a leak in my roof. I appreciate their honesty and the good work that they have done for me in the past. About 2 years ago they replaced all of the piping in the whole house in 1 day! They were so calm about the entire situation which made me feel more at ease and confident in the process. They are the best plumbing company I have had the experience to work with. I highly recommend their services!

The experience was very good. Their price was very fair. They came and did the job beautifully and we have not had to call them back.
