We'd had the verticals installed by these folks at least eight years ago, and my wife wanted a few windows replaced. Joe came out looked things over, said we didn't need new tracks he'd tune up the one we had and replaced a couple of parts @ no charge. The blinds were done in a timely manner and Joe came out and installed the new ones, and made some adjustments on the blinds we didn't replace, making them operate as new. The guy is courteous, professional and thorough, we'll call him again.
