Do not trust the word of Charlotte County seawalls. They will come out and meet you and talk over the job. You tell them what you want and think you have it all settled. They send you out a contract and you look it over. Then you contact them with some problems with the contract they tell you that they tell you that they will take care of it. Then after they get it done they hit you with extras in thousands of dollars. Do not take their word for anything. Do not trust them. Then they want to argue with you. You do not have a leg to stand on because you didn't put it in the contract and you took their word on it.

Very professional and efficient. Workers were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were very unresponsive and non-committal regarding start and completion date. (gave them the ok and deposit 4 months prior to completion date)  In retrospect the price i paid was on the high side. On the positive side, the work performed, as supervised by Bob, was excellent!

Contractor built dock. the piles were not cut around as discussed and contractor refused to correct. Workers were late and smelled of beer. I thought I hired a good company, they said they wee the oldest and largest in town. I thought I was getting a fair price for the job but it turns out I paid about $1,600.00 to much.
