We've done a lot of renovation projects in the past, but none have ever progressed as efficiently as this one. They met the timeframe they had laid out and there was constant progress over the course of the project. The communication was plentiful and they responded to any questions/concerns quickly. The workmanship was excellent and they prioritized getting things right--I very much appreciated that. The care they took in the house was evident as well--protecting areas they weren't renovating and moving things that might get dirty or damaged. The house was clean and dust-free when they finished. I would absolutely use them again.

The project and personnel were excellent. Communication was constant throughout our bathroom remodel. In fact, the owners, Tim and Sherry stopped by multiple times to check on the progress and our thoughts on the work. Joe was wonderful on communicating the day to day work on our new bathroom and Shawn was great in working to set up the project. Overall, we cannot recommend enough. Great work and great people.

We just finished a remodel of our master bath by Casual Homes. We are very pleased with the quality and attention to detail shown by Casual Homes and their crew. This was our first time dealing with a remodeling contractor so we were somewhat apprehensive about tackling a project like this. Since we had no references, we used Angieâ s list and contacted the top 3 listings. Casual Homes answered in 48 hours and set up an appointment to bid the job. The other 2 contractors never contacted us. Tim and Sherry the owners and husband and wife arrived promptly. They quizzed us on our plan and suggested improvements and variations from their years of experience. In less than a week we had the bid and accepted it. Their team arrived and moved our furniture and erected a plastic film wall across the master bedroom to keep out the dust. They laid cardboard over all of the floor they would be walking on. Demolition took about two days followed by plumbing, electrical and rough in work. They cleaned up and vacuumed each day before leaving removing trash and debris daily. Everything went flawlessly with no delays or surprises. As the project progressed we came up with some minor changes that were incorporated into the project. The room was rebuilt from the studs and had extensive tile work. All in all a big project by our standards. Tim, the owner, visited almost every day to see how things were progressing and the project finished right on time. We are very satisfied with the finished product.

Tim and Sherry were great to suggest doing a FaceTime first meeting. Sherry checked up a day later to see if I had any questions. The week before the bathroom Reno started they came to the condo and went over everything. Both wore masks which was awesome. The day the renovation started , Sherry and Tim came with Jim and Casey. Introduced us then assured us if we had any questions, not to hesitate to contact them. Asked to have medicine cabinet removed and they did a beautiful job making a nook to match the rest of the decor. Bathroom done! Wow I love the finished product. Jim and Casey were great to work with.

I am very happy with the job done on my bathroom remodel. They incorporated all of my ideas and advised me on best results. This was a small remodel and their estimate was right on and they stayed within budget and the schedule set. Everyone was professional and friendly and they cleaned up any mess made during the remodeling process. I will definitely call Tim & Sherry when itâ s time for my kitchen remodel.

Had a bathroom renovation completed by Casual Homes. Tim and Sherry were very attentive, timely and honest . The guys who did the work within my home were quiet, cleaned up after each work day, kept me informed on the progress of the day and respectful of me and my home. Good experience all around! The nicest, most knowledgeable crew we have ever used. Very neat, respectful and fun crew. We would highly recommend them. When we do anything on the house we will be using them again. We were so happy with the master bathroom we had them paint the bedroom top to bottom. Casey do a great job with that too.

The men doing the work were real professionals. Not only fabulous work but easy to have around. Good crew!!

Tim and Sherry were very personable. Took an idea we had and not only made it happen but was more than we expected. The crew, Joe and Jim were exceptional. They worked around our crazy work schedules and were very accommodating to a night and day shift household. At the end of every day they cleaned up and vacuumed their way out of the house. Would definitely recommend Casual Homes, Inc to anyone wishing to do remodeling. I will be looking to use them again for future projects.

Communication was fabulous. Workers polite and courteous. Never felt that I couldn t call to ask a question.
