Horrible customer service… let out my cat decided it wasn’t important. Continued to mow the lawn and scare the cat off further away! Then after finishing mowing tells the only person home my 90yo grandmother that the cat got out. Then they left and did nothing. I called later and said to get back here and help me find him. They said it’s not important and it would be hours before they could get back. Then the owner called and said to bad! Worst company to have mow ur yard never same day of the week and really comes WHEN IT NEEDS IT. Shameful. My tip for this business is to follow proper procedures and knock on peoples doors before starting work on someone’s property

He was very unreliable, and pose my neighbor, and he had a monthly contract, and stuff like that. My neighbor I guess let him go and then I didn't see him for a couple of months, just in the middle of kind of summer. I said what's going on here, he said we'll take care of you and everything. I used to pay the guys when they were here, hand them a check. Anyway, he never showed up again. Their work was okay, nothing great. The pricing was good, because it was by the cut, rather than this monthly charge.

Carl's did a nice job. Cutting, trimming, and clean up were well done. I have now been using Carl's for half a year and I'm still happy with their work.

They charge $25 for a cut. We use them for lawn and weed control. It is a good company. It is family owned. My overall experience with them has been fine. They show up when they are supposed to and they do everything that they are supposed to do. They charge more if they do more work, but they do a good job. They cut my grass and do everything that they are supposed to. He got right back in touch with me. He was there for my initial meeting. His professionalism was very good.

Excellent! Carl's crews have been taking care of our yard for several years. They are all hard-working, very efficient and respectful.
