It was my understanding, from your instructions, not to worry about certain furniture items since they were not going w you for the move. I would of gladly done everything, but you asked us not to. We did, and were happy to dust all your ceiling fans, light fixtures, wipe out cupboards, dust plantation blinds, wipe all windowsills, clean bathrooms, vacuum and mop throughout. These were the items that were in the quote, per your request. We even gladly cleaned the windows "just fingerprints" per your request. I wish you would of called me, I would of gladly come back to redo anything you were unhappy with. Again, my apologies you were not completely satisfied w our services. Shannon"
