AT HOME BUT NOT ALONE

review up date--definitely would use them again, and again and again. Sitters are knowledgeable about the pets and seem to genuinely care about them. We get daily updates and photos. Thanks.

I first reviewed this company in 2011. Gave them an A. It's 2018 and I am still using At Home but Not Alone. I am very happy with care provided. As long as I have pets, I will call Kim and staff. well worth the peace of mind.

I typed out detailed instructions and based on what I could see, everything went well. She even watered my plants for me. Also, she was very polite and friendly.

We were out of town for 3 days and 2 nights. We needed someone to stay with our animals, especially the dogs at night. When we arrived home everything was clean and the animals were in excellent shape. I felt very secure leaving our animals in their care and plan to use them again in the near future.

Kim contacted me within a day of request for info; she emailed costs and other info; Kelly, our sitter, contacted me and we scheduled a meeting. After discussing my cats and their habits, etc, she gave some info on her background and reviewed the services that will be provided, including bringing in mail and papers, checking house and doors. She even agreed to put up last hurricane panel over pet door, if necessary. She left a detailed account of each visit. The phone call by Kim and meeting Kelly put us at ease and we felt confident and comfortable with their service. Would definitely use again.

We have used Home But Not Alone for approximately 6 years. Kim is always professional and accommodating. She is very attentive to details and truly cares about both our dog and our home. She goes out of her way to meet our needs and when she cannot she goes the extra step to find someone who can. She provides a very valuable and appreciated service to our family.
