At my request Aqua Pure representative visited my home to explain different offerings in water softening & purification systems. Once system was selected and price negotiated the provider made arrangements for installation the following day. Installation of both systems was completed on the scheduled day. Installer did a professional job and represaentative showed up a day or so later to insure systems were working properly, which they were. Thus far I am completely satisfied with sysyem performance. The only area I rated the provider as poor on was their very slow response to my request for operating manuals, which should have been provided with the installation. It took a month and a half of phone calls and empty promisies before they finally located and provided manuals. Hopefully this slow responsiveness is not indicative of their responsiveness to service requests..
