The only time they showed up is when we called multiple times. There was always a reason they could not perform the service that we prepaid for. When they did show up they did lousy work. Every time they apologized and said it would never happen again. Now they have 9 months of prepayment and do not even answer phone calls. The mailbox is full. Not a good way to run a business.
