Amazing. I called, he happened to be in the neighborhood, was there in 5 minutes and had finished the work in an hour. Talk about exceeding my expectations!!! And at a very reasonable price.

Showed up as scheduled, did a good job. One note of caution, when he talks about the cost, he doesn't mention the standard service call charge in addition to specific services. Still not a bad price, but be sure to ask for a total cost when scheduling. Professional and personable.

Some of it proved to be challenging. The front door and door frame is metal and required extra work.  On the other door the door frame was narrow and on the slider the frame had extra ridges which required extra shimming to make it fit right. We had had another lock company come out last year, they took one look and said it can't be done and left. But Bill Moore with Moore lock & Key just said we can figure this out and he did. I am completely satisfied with the work that he did and I would call them again. And he cleaned up after himself.

Matt came to our house. He was slightly late only because we live in a remote area. He made a new key for our  home. He tried both keys and showed us how to operate the key with our electronic lock. Very helpful.

We have no complaints.  The locking mechanism had to be ordered and that took a few days but the delay in getting the locks installed was a non-issue.

The condominium was a previously inhabited one and I felt better to have the locks changed. They arrived on time and it only took them about 20 minutes to do the work. They accepted a personal check from out of state, which I thought was amazing. They were very, very nice and just about as helpful as you could have imagined. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again. I’ve already recommended them to a neighbor down there who also had her locks done.

Went very well. He actually arrived a little early which was fine. Work done quickly with no disruption. Price was less that I had anticipated. Will be using Moore's again.

I find that they are prompt and reliable. Bill is very friendly and professional. He always backs up his work. If there is ever a problem he is always there to repair or to correct it. I will continue to use them and would also recommend them to others as well.
