Property Management
I am terminating their contract once they give the rent and deposits back. They deceived the customers into thinking they are getting a better deal than what they were, but every time at renewal, they were charging half of the rent. Other places are charging a little fee like $35 or at the most $100. They charge half the rent, and they give me 7%, while they were charging mor than that. There are two managers there, and one is very unprofessional, and the other one is a little bit unprofessional. She did a walk through the house, and there was a dog there, and there wasn't supposed to be any dogs, and she didn't say anything. She said that I just needed to pressure wash the house, and when the tenant left, I saw it was trashed.

"All fees are listed on the Property Management Agreement when an owner signs with All Florida Realty. In addition, when it is time for renewal of the lease, the owner gets a letter explaining the process and the charges they will have to pay if and when the lease is renewed. If a customer is unhappy with any fees charged, they can always address it with their property manager. If a pet is allowed at the property, the owner receives a pet fee. I am not sure how this customer did not know about the dog since they would have received a pet fee at move in. If a tenant damages the property, they must repair them or their security deposit will be charged for the repairs."
