Affordable Plumbing + Drain Cleaning 2

I found it strange that I did not get an invoice? he said he would email it. Nothing since Saturday. $3200 for an installation of a hot water heater was way too high. But I had no choice. No hot water for days!!! I had a strange feeling about him. No receipt and no invoice?why?

Professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything that needed to be done to fix my pipe leak. Same day service which I was so thankful for, definitely avoided further damage due to Frank’s speedy repair.

Be careful extremely careful.

He definitely knows his stuff,does a great job and pleasant to work with once you get to know him a bit. Can be insistent on what he wants and how he wants to be paid though.......Not necessarily the norm and don't let that put you off. Some of us like a situation where we can remotely make payments without having to come in person to make cash payment once the job is done. The nature of my job doesn't allow in person payments all the time.... especially on week days. He did later explain the situation and I understood. There was a valve that started leaking after he finished installing the pipes to the tank. He stated he would come back to replace that. He, however,ctightened it and it stopped then. Hopefully it stays that way. Otherwise, I'll reach out to have it fixed at no additional cost since it's all part of the piping to the hot water tank which were replaced. Hope he keeps to that part of the agreement and there's a one year warranty on parts and labor anyway. So, that in my opinion is definitely covered. I wish he changed it though.....the only reason I giving 4 stars for workmanship for now. Otherwise, it was all good. Thanks again Frank!?

They came that night as my dad(91 years young) needed to be able to use the only bathroom on the first floor ! In short order he and his son had the blockage cleared, OH did i mention this was a Sunday !!! Charged me what I consider to be a nominal amount, especially considering the day of the week.

Affordable did a great job! Honest, reliable, and accessible.

The only reason I gave a half star is because they came quickly. They came to see the project, got a $1,000 deposit, brought a small amount of materials the next day to my house and then have not shown up again, or answered any calls for over a week. I finally got a call and I asked for my money back. We shall see if they follow through. It has now been 2 weeks since they took my money and although they said they would come back, they never have. This company would not even display or give the address of the company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

The main thing I wanted them to fix was a leak in the upstairs shower. The day they came it was discovered we have a leak in the old pipes in what was once the downstairs bathroom not being used because it needed remodeling. I gave them thousands of dollars to do the job and they worked on the downstairs plumbing. They spent a couple of days here and when they drove off I still had a leak in the upstairs shower. As I am writing this I have a different crew in here ripping out the bad job they did and redoing those pipes. Oh, and the first thing the new crew did was fix the leak in the upstairs shower!

The price for a few hours of work was through the roof! Should not be called affordable. I feel like we were taken advantage of.

They got everything fixed, cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job.
