Everthing went extremely well. Because our kitchen is small, we purchased a smaller slab of granite and was given the remnant price. Workers were very courteous and professional at all times. The only issue I had is that I had to call back more than once for various things that should have been initiated by them. Overall though I was pleased with everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good price on granite.

Justin and Luiz arrived and quickly got to work. Very friendly and personable. Asked our opinion every step of the way. Great team work and personality. Very cleanly and tidy.

Although the granite is fine and the installers were very good, service from the office was poor.  Initially choosing my granite and getting a quote based on drawings that I brought in was easy; I was told that from measurement to installation would be a week.  Then that figure changed to 2 weeks.   I had to call numerous times to get a date set for measurement of my area, then was told it would be 3 weeks before the granite could be installed.  The timeframe kept expanding - so I went 3 weeks with newly installed cabinets and no countertops.  Had I been informed of a 3-week wait at the outset I would have hired another firm.  I later asked for a round cutout piece, which I ordered despite its extremely high price (3X what I paid up North) and when I brought it back to have a scratch buffed out and the piece made smaller was told that they couldn't do it without charging me another $70.  I just spent thousands with them and they wouldn't modify a small piece.  That's not good customer service.

We searched a few granite yards in this area for a remnant that was the right color and size. Two other yards did not have the color & size we needed. They also gave estimates that were hundreds more than Acer's. We selected the remnant from their yard. Originally we were told it could be installed within one week. A week after contacting with them they sent a templater who took his time to do it right and very professionally. We waited two weeks for the granite to be prepared and installed. Installers were clean efficient and fast. Everyone was patient, and easy to communicate with. Total time from contract to install 3 weeks. Which I guess is customary in this business. In all I am extremely satisfied with their work.

From start to finish, Acer Granite was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for your job. Every phone call, email and web inquiry was responded to in a timely manner with very courteous service. We live out of town and are managing this renovation on our own, with a restricted schedule. Acer Granite was very willing to work within our tight time frame and make it all happen when we were in town. We appreciated their flexibility and understanding. I worked with Tom and Fernando on the phone; Steve did the templating and Justin (hope I'm remembering your name correctly) and Luiz did the install. Everyone was professional, courteous, and on time. The granite looks fabulous and we could not be more pleased. We will most definitely hire them again for our master bath and kitchen renovations.

Estimator was professional and friendly.  The counter tops were fabricated quicly and install scheduled.  The installers showed up on time and were quick and professinal.  The marble was the best price by far of anywhere I shopped, and we were very happy with the finished product.   Updating 1960's bathrooms without a total renovation is not easy, but this job turned ot really well.  Plan to use them for our kitchen when ready.

It was excellent. They were the best price. They did exactly what they said. They were cooperative with me 'cause I was out of the country. They did well and did it on time.

We looked for several months at granite with various suppliers all seem to be priced similar and we could not find a piece that would work for us. Finally acer sent use to their suppliers in Sarasota where we found a few sadly all turned out to be way to expensive so sent us to ft Myers to another supplier where we found a piece that would work though not perfect .. They got the pieces in ordering 2 additional so a better price was given to them and they passed savings on by being able to do 5 window sills for me at no additional cost. I went and assisted Neileo in template placement on slabs which was a bit challenging with all the veins but he finally moved main pieces around where he thought it would flow best. End result is beautiful however I am not thrilled with seam as the flow is not going the same direction and the piece on the other side of stove is flowing different than the other side. There is a lot of movement in the stone and my space used a bit more than one slab making placement challenging. They were professional in all respects and fair with pricing I just wish my seam was invisible or at least less noticeable. Also no senior discount is offered.

Actually, was just "window shopping", went here first, with the intention of shopping around.  But after discussing our project with the owner and seeing the quality of their work, we had them come out to measure and we had our new countertops in by the holidays.  Great people, great job!
