Dave was immensely helpful in checking this house before my purchasing it. He even checked on some previous problems before the actual inspection. I have used his services previously on a house I was interested in buying last winter. I did not buy the house because it had some problems ,bought to my attention by Dave,that the owner did not want to rectify. So he gave me a discount on my latest inspection as a repeat customer.
