It went on very well. He explained the problem and what he was going to do. I was not at home when he did the job. So he left a note for me that the job is done and he gave me an itemized list of what work was done.

Schwartz did this job on time and on budget. No extras. They were neat,clean,courteous and professional. Clean up was great and I have no complaints.

The repair was completed, they cleaned up so well. I didn't know they had come until looking at the roof.

Outstanding service and integrity. The roof needed to be replaced due to age and
several leaks. Schwartz gave estimates
on various products and quality of products.
They arrived on time and finished within the agreed upon time
frame. The roof looks great.
Most important is the following. The shingle supplier showed up and pre-staged
all the shingles (150 bundles) on the roof, which took most of the
morning. The Schwartz supervisor showed
up to start the process of removing and installing the shingles. He noticed that the “Run” numbers on the
bundles were not the same which could result in some of the shingles being a
little off color from one bundle to another.
He could have just ignored this issue and installed the shingles such
that any color variation would probably not be noticed. But, he made the decision to have the shingle
supplier come back and pick up the shingles and deliver shingles all from the
same run. He had to get the shingles all
the way from Tampa, 90 miles away. Schwartz
lost at least one day, I am sure it was costing him due to this delay. Going this extra effort to replace the
bundles shows a lot of integrity and I
would certainly recommend Schwarz to anyone needing a roof.

They were very responsive. They were at a good value and provided me a great estimate. They went above and beyond for me. They are a family oriented business so they respond to the community and do an excellent job of that.

I thought the price was a little high. They know what they are doing. The quality of work was good. I will use them again if needed.

I asked for an estimate to repair tile roof leak. I was told the roof was not repairable. Received an estimate for removing tile and replacing with a shingled roof. I did not asked for this. This was quite surprising since Schwartz never went on the roof to look at it. They did look in the attic and told me the beams were rotted although estimate did not mention this. Later that day another roofing company, PERMA ROOF Contractors came, immediately got his ladder and before even reaching the top saw the one loose tile and repaired it and checked the rest of the roof and deemed it to be in very good condition. The repair cost $65.00 as opposed to the thousands Schwatz said was needed for repair.
To Schwartz I say, I may be old but not stupid.

They make sure it's done right. If there is a problem they come back and they make sure they get it fixed for me, it doesnot matter if it is one day or a year. Their clean up is excellent. I would use their services again in the future if necessary.

They did a great job on the clean up. There was not one shingle ever found in my plants or any where in my yard. They also did my daughters roof and they were on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He even explained the difference in the colors because I was unsure of what color of roof I wanted to have put on. The whole job was just wonderful and he was a joy to work with.
