Arrived on time with everything they needed. Thoroughly sprayed and fertilized all plants. All plants looked much better in a few days.

as you can see from what they did for me, they were very though. they were friendly, asking me all the right questions with a professional demenor. i have 2 cats and a dog, which we shuffled from inside to outside to make sure they were safe. donald said he would call in 2 weeks as a follow-up, in which he did. over the next week, i found alot of dead ants. i noticed i still had some live ones crawling around, so donald scheduled to come back and spray some more. i was told if i had any more problems in between quarterly spraying, just call and they would come and spray again. so far, i think angie`s list has help me find a very good company.

When we bought the house we thought the previous owners sprayed, but they only inspected. When we called them they were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They responded to our request in a very prompt manor. We have had no bugs since they came out. I will continue to use there services.

They were fine. The first time I notice the guy, I wasn't even there, he went to my house and he spent about half an hour on the phone with me and tell me what was needed. So far, they have been doing fine. I would use them again in the future.

For the exterminator, we changed due to the high cost from the previous provider. A-1 came soon after we called for an appointment. Their price was more in line for what we needed. The serviceman was very careful to go through the whole house and attic. He treated the inside and outside around the exterior of the house. He was very professional and helpful.

For lawn treatment, we are satisfied but it is not as good as we would like. We have quite a few bare spots which hopefully are not insects. I know, though, that they would come as soon as we call them to treat the lawn.

I would like more help, perhaps with literature, how to help our lawn.

They call before they even come out. They come out on a quarterly basis. They are very professional. They are licensed and bonded as well. They are very friendly. I am very very happy with them.
