We purchased the tile and installation from a wholesaler, who then sub-contracted to 5 Star Flooring. The wholesaler gave them a number of square feet to quote on, which was much less than the actual job called for.
In spite of being "short changed" on the job, 5 star did the job graciously, cheerfully and to the highest standards. They even returned when we called them to correct one tile that was crooked, then went through the house to check and re-grout any tiles that did not meet their quality standard. (no charge).They are friendly, smiling and very pleasant to deal with. They work diligently and and very professional in their work.
