If you are looking for an appliance repairman that you can trust, Total Pro is the company you want to call. Total Pro is different from other repair companies because all the work is performed only by Tony Fierro, the owner. There is security in knowing who will arrive at your home to fix your appliance. Also, because this is a small owned business, operating costs are less - therefore repair charges are less. The service call charge is $39.00. This charge is for traveling to your residence and diagnosing the appliance. Should you choose to repair your appliance, the service call is free. The labor cost to repair most appliances is $100.

Total Pro (Tony) diagnosed it as a bad switch...replaced all three and it has been working fine since. In addition, Tony identified a problem with the vent flap..it was not opening and therefore not venting. So he helped me disassemble the vent pipe and make sure the pipe did not interfere with the vent flap. I would highly recommend Total Pro --- knowledgeable, professional and half the cost of other services like GE, Whirlpool, Samsung

"I was called to their home because they heard a loud noise coming from their refrigerator. When I arrived the noise they heard was no longer heard and the refrigerator was operating normal. It was unfortunate the refrigerator was acting normal when I arrived but sometimes that happens and you can not fix something that is not broke at the time. I stated to the owners that sometimes a fan that is going bad might get noisy but did not recommend replacing it. I received an irate message from the customer at 9;30 pm a day later demanding their money back because their refrigerator stopped working which I gratefully refunded but was not giving the opportunity to go back to their home and fix the problem. I have been doing appliance repair for seven years and this is the first time I had a customer react like this. I try my best to help and repair appliances in this community and I think the people here are wonderful but there are some exceptions."

I used Total Pro to replace the ice maker on a GE refrigerator at my son's house, and used him a second time when the evaporator on my Whirlpool refrigerator iced up. I could not be happier with the work performed and the quality of the work, and how reasonable the pricing is. Tony also saved me $600 on my refrigerator repair by providing me, on his own time, with information to get the work done by Whirlpool due to the defective evaporator. Anyone would be wasting their time and hard-earned money by using anyone but Total Pro. Simply the best!

Problem fixed, noted that it may be temporary and parts may be worn, but got us working again and buys us time before a replacement may be needed. Very professional/courteous. Look forward to future service needs with this outfit. Owner/operated which is a big plus in my book.

I originally called Tony because the cup in our washer wasn't draining, and our dryer wasn't drying the clothes.
After inspecting the washer he determined that the cup wasn't working perfectly, but that it wasn't really affecting the washer itself. He said he could order a replacement for the cup but that it wasn't necessary at this time. I am very grateful that he gave me the option and didn't just start ordering things and charging me for things that aren't necessary at this point. He also cleaned out the rubber seal of the washer and didn't charge me for that.
For the dryer, after troubleshooting what could potentially be the problem he provided an adequate solution and referred me to a dryer vent cleaner that can help me further.
He did a great job and was very knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend him to anyone needing some repairs on their appliances.
