to assist us with selling our home in Florida that would most likely end up in
a short sale. That was the first
issue. The second issue was that we live
out of state! Immediately, Kim began
working on selling our home for us.
Within a few days, we had a cash offer on our home. Kim not only was an expert with traditional
real estate laws, but was also an expert in short sale procedures. Essentially, Kim did absolutely
everything. Kim coordinated with our
renter, the buyer and the buyer’s real estate agent to show the house and do
the inspection for closing. We were well
on our way to closing and as luck would have it, our lender sold our loan! What a horror…so we thought. Kim immediately began working with our new
lender in securing approval for the short sale.
Within a few short weeks, the new lender approved the sale because of
Kim’s hard work. We closed the sale on our home on January 23, 2013. Kim represented us at the closing.
By all accounts, this was an unfortunate, challenging
situation. However, Kim’s expertise,
professionalism, and dedication to the process, made this process absolutely
flawless. We cannot say enough about
Kim. She is the consummate professional
and her industry knowledge is priceless.
Thank you, Kim!
