Robert Prince was my technician. He was so polite, respectful, and considerate. His workmanship was excellent and he thoroughly cleaned out all the leaves that had slipped past the screen over my compressor. Then he explained all the things he checked on the inside and outside units and explained that all the readings were right where they should be. So I was assured that my system was functioning well. He was great!!

I have used Creeks Air for 2 years, have a maintenance plan on our rental property and had them out at least 4 times in the past month at our new home. Called them up since one of the units wasn't working and they sent someone out and was told the capacitor needs to be replaced. I got a call from Jen saying that I needed to call back and make payment in 5 minutes if not they will need to reschedule my appointment. I had informed her that I needed 20 mins since we were at my wife's OBGYN appointment but It was their "policy" and the Tech left without fixing anything. It's summer in FL and we hadn't had AC for 2 days by then. I'm a customer for 2 years with 2 properties currently serviced by Creeks Air, this is the 4th time they've been at my house servicing my 3 units in the past month. When I needed them to do the right thing it didn't happen so I've lost confidence that they'll be able to help me in the future. As a new customer I would look elsewhere...

We have had excellent repair service by Creek for several years. Technicians were always knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. One time when a regular technician was not available, we were fortunate to have the work done by Ken, the service manager. His expertise, diligence and patience were impressive and made me confident in the company's management as well as its technicians. He answered all my questions and got our equipment running again on a very hot day. When the time came to replace our aging system, I did not even consider another company. My request for a total replacement estimate was quickly and efficiently met by a visit and helpful discussion with Ric. The installation was scheduled in a few days and was performed by TJ and Max in the competent and courteous way I had come to expect from Creek, They worked very hard for a full day, answered all my questions and left the work site spotlessly clean with all traces of the old system totally removed. It is a pleasure to recommend Creek without reservation as an excellent and reliable company with well trained, competent and courteous people who are very easy to work with,

Ric in sales was right on time for appointment. Gave great info, fair prices, no pressure. Max and Alonzo showed up within 3 minutes of set time. They worked very well together and had everything switched out in good time. They were nice guys and worked diligently. Amy e-mailed invo8ces and warranty aperwork right away. A very good experience from everyone at Creeks Air. I would highly recommend them to others who need a new system.

Visit went great... tech showed up when promised and solved our problem quickly. he also demonstrated to us which part was bad and tested it in front of us so we could see what was wrong.

The entire team was very professional and punctual. Ric Renfro (supervisor) who came over first to give us an estimate was honest and did not beat around the bush. TJ and Alonzo were the installers and I couldn't speak highly enough of their professional attitude. They worked hard to get both units installed in one day while it was raining. The office crew is also quick to pick up the phone and respond to emails. On another note, I had gotten estimates from another company and was pleased by Creeks offer.

The drain got plugged up and I called them it seems it was a clogged drain so he was going to walk me thru fixing it. I am not real handy with tools so he came out and fixed it and did not charge me what he told me it would be because it was a holiday weekend. They installed our HAVC system , they are great to work with. They came ealrier than they said they would.

My tenant called me and advised that "The AC Unit is Broken" and he thought the whole system would need to be replaced.
The unit is approximatly 10 years old and I thought he was right in his assumption. I contacted Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating  and told them what the tenant told me. The professional & polite person on the phone arranged for the AC Tech to accomodate my tenants schedule to gain access to the property. The Tech showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, immediatly contacted me and told me what the technical issue was and offered a solution. AC problem fixed- tenant happy !  What more can I ask for. THESE GUYS ARE HONEST !!!! and professional .
