They were on time and the tech. was friendly and knew what he was doing. The only negative was the cost. They charge $100.00 to show up and diagnose the problem but I had already done that for them. I feel the price of the new heads was over priced but I succumbed. I was just happy to get it done.

The job was scheduled only a few days out, within the same week, and when an opening for an earlier day and time became available, I received a call to see if that earlier day would work. It did, so the job was done within only a couple of days of my initial call. Great job on backflow prevention installation! Will definitely use Conserva again when needed.
