Not very good. We are talking to the State Attorney about this. The original completion date was Halloween 2007, then Thanksgiving, then New Years 2008. We have now had to hire new workers to gut and re-do both bathrooms, lay the rest of the tile, and install the kitchen cabinets. We are having to order our own countertops and have them installed (all of these things were included in the contracted price of $40K). When he was contacted by the Better Business Bureau he stated he would be happy to help us but it would cost us an additional $20K.
Description of Work: Contract was for a TOTAL remodel - what we got was as follows: the ceilings were scraped and painted. The window sills were re-done. The walls were painted. Most of the baseboards were replaced. Three out of four rooms of carpet was laid. Part of the tile was laid - part of that was grouted. Bathrooms had issues that were covered up instead of being repaired. We had to pay $1200 to get the cabinets that he ordered that we waited on for three months (they were just sitting at the store).
