Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Taylor was very responsive and extremely helpful from start to finish. Helped us decide on the perfect product (when there's so many options out there!) for our design and family needs, and color matching the wood from our stairs to match the new install. We removed old carpet to replace with engineered hardwood, and Taylor was able to tighten the nails under the floor to help alleviate some of the "creaky" sounds that were previously driving us nuts before laying the new floors. He was efficient, always on time, and very accommodating when trying to schedule. Always over and above, and the end result was just stunning. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend Bold City Flooring.

Taylor and the Bold City Flooring crew were amazing. Hire them and you will actually be confused on why all contractors are not like them. Superior quality, honest, and integrity. I will be hiring them again for the rest of our floors. Amazing work, we got lucky finding them on short notice.

Taylor and his team were great. Very polite and courteous and offered helpful suggestions as well as pointed out items that needed to be taken care of by other service teams. Taylor not only does floor but tile, bathroom remodels but he's not a handyman. I will be hiring this company of other projects that I have planned. Great job, great service. You can't go wrong. He will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Our project was to completely re-vamp our living room: repainting, ripping up the carpet, so on. From the start, Taylor was quick to reach out, answer all our questions, and work around our timeline for when we could schedule the actual installation. He and his team were very professional, and they did great work. We'll definitely bring them on for other projects in the future.

What an amazing find through Home Advisor. Needed a flooring job next day and everyone else was 3 weeks out. Taylor, who owns Bold, not only answered the call, he and his team went above and beyond. They were prompt, friendly and outgoing, flexible, went outside the box to help us with a couple projects we were also doing to lend a hand, and did a GORGEOUS waterproof laminate flooring job as a bonus :) Taylor went to Home Depot with me to buy all of the materials and his recommendations were spot on. We weren't expecting him to start the project for a couple of days. He offered to pick up the materials and get a jump start the next day. The entire project went smoothly and perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves. We HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bold City Flooring. You'll get the best!!
