Mike has been serving our pool and does a fantastic job. He is always punctual and lets us know if there is a problem. We just started with this company about 2 years ago. We originally were with the company that built our pool but they nickel and dined you too death. With Jaxpoolsandspas it is a monthly fee and very rarely anything else.

Mike has been our technician since purchasing our home about 10 months ago. Mike is always patient in answering our questions and always goes above and beyond in caring for our pool. We are extremely happy with Mike and Blue Water Pools & Spas

Great. They don't rush through the job. Connor is my technician. He never misses an appointment. He takes the time todo things right and leave the pool spotless (I have an overhanging tree). The chemicals are always balanced and he keeps an eye on my pump and filter. The company has the capability to address most problems, and do so quickly and thoroughly.

We have been quite pleased with this service for over two years now. When you have a choice, I think it pays to go with the best and Conor, the pool technician, is very thorough. He keeps the pool very clean, properly balanced chemically and the equipment well maintained. Jeff, the owner, has been very responsive to any and all concerns. Blue Water is competenct and diligent, and I highly recommend this service.

After struggling through a number of the area pools services with their revolving door techs, with the horror stories of techs leaving the enclosure door wide open, to pretty shoddy maintenance, I thought I would give Blue Water a try. To be honest, the outstanding reviews I read about them caught my attention... so, I am adding another. Last summer, Jeff came out to look our pool over, drew up a plan and off we went. We have never looked back. Tyler is our tech and he has been our only tech (except for when he was on vacation). What a difference... and, it showed almost immediately. Our pool has never looked better and the chemistry is always perfect. I no longer have to guess whether or not the filter is cleaned. I highly recommend this very professional company and appreciate that Tyler takes care of our pool as if it is his own.

Tyler is always great at keeping our pool clean and the chemicals accurate. He is always on time, never leaves a mess and is always courteous! Anytime I have had questions or concerns, they have been addressed immediately and I always know my pool is in great hands!

I don't remember what we pay them. I pay monthly and they come out once a week per month and it was like last year. It is very well worth it. They are always available. They are always there on their day in time. They leaves there exactly what they are done at the pool. I have seen them do the work there thorough. I would recommend because of the quality of their work. My pool has never looked better. It looks great. I would continue to use them.

Blue Water Pools and Spas takes care of my pool on a weekly basis, from cleaning to chemicals to cleaning my deck.  I have called them at night in regards to cthe are of my pool during freezing weather and they have either called me right back.  Even better they came to home and helped me understabnd exactly what to do in a way that I learned about caring for my pool after hours. Their prices are fair and they maintain that price throughout the whole year. The employees (which they assign a specific individual to my pool so they can be very familiar with my pool's specific needs) are professional, thorough and couteous.  I would recommend this company to anyone who owns a pool and wants it working at optimum levels at all time.  They whole staff is very knowledgeable about water cleanliness, offering suggestions to ensure water safety to keep my family pool safe.  I am very impressed with their pride in their work and wouldn't think of using another company.

Provides weekly service on our pool. We found the company through a google search and compared them with three other pool service companies in the area. Of the three companies Blue Water was the most responsive and most fairly priced. Prior to leaving any reviews, I wanted to see how the company performed. We have used them for months now and are extremely happy. They are punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and call us to remind us to run the pool at night when it is freezing or adjust the timers when needed (DST, warmer weather). I would definitely recommend them. The company is also available for questions about the pool, pump and others outside of our scheduled appointments, which has been helpful to us on multiple occasions.
