Here is the message I sent to them with NO response other than to cash my final check:

I am less than satisfied with the work.  Specifically, I cannot believe you left my house with the drywall damaged and the mirror sitting on the floor, right when I had a showing to sell the house.  I shouldn?t have had to call you back to fix the damage you caused and to hang the mirror, and it should have NEVER been my responsibility to find and schedule a contractor to fix the mirror that YOU broke.  I was also surprised that I needed to hire someone for $450 to install the hardware on the sinks that were supposed to be part of our arrangement.  It would have been nice to know that when we were initially discussing the price and work.  And I still don?t understand how a business that takes credit cards doesn?t make it easy for their customers, and have a process to take payment over the phone.  Even when I was in Florida, I had to drive to your shop to pay you.

Perhaps you would have done better if I were in Florida supervising your work, but this whole process has been painful and cost way too much of my valuable time.  We paid you a lot of money for an amateur experience.  Overall, I am dissatisfied with the whole transaction and will reflect that in my Angie?s List review.

Everything went smoothly except that when installed , the rear lip of the undermount sink interfered with the plumbing hookups for the faucet.  Shawn came right out to trim the edge.  He caulked and sealed everything beautifully.  The top is gorgeous and not a granite you see all the time - we used Dallas white and it's stunning.

I had initially gone to Shawn's shop to check some granite remnants for another bathroom.  I found what I wanted but wasn't ready to do the project yet.  Shawn accepted a deposit and indicated he'd hold the piece I wanted until I was ready.  In the meanwhile, I Trady Baroni was wonderful about getting in touch with me when they had pieces available that she thought might work for that project.  She let me know they had a piece of Donna Reale marble that was beautiful - so I went out to look and she was right.  I left a deposit and within a week Tracy called to let me know the counter was ready.  Since our schedules were both busy, she offered to have the counter delivered and installed on a Saturday.  Shawn came out with the top and cut the hole for the sink on site.  It ws quickly installed along wiht the 8"X36" piece for the pony wall.  Shawn installed the sink and caulked everything in.

The finished project is beautiful.  I chose a beveled edge which was not an extra cost.  The marble had sandy tones and great movement.  We could not be more pleased.
