Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! I work for RE/MAX Unlimited as a full time professional Realtor. I assist buyers by helping them understand the home buying process and expenses before we get started. If you purchase a new construction home with me then I will pay for your home to be inspected after you have lived in it for 3 months and again at 11 months. If there are any issues I will assist you in having the builder make repairs. For sellers I sit down and go over the best ways to market their home for the most money. This could include hiring a stager, renting furniture, or advertising on certain websites that are more likely to attract a buyer. I look forward to speaking with you. We were impressed from the very beginning when he insisted on our first meeting being in person with all three of us present. He wanted to get a feel for how my fiance and I worked as a team and what different things we both valued so he could find us a house we would both be happy with. He also talked us through what to expect from start to finish before we looked at our first home. We felt very informed from the start.
Once he knew what kind of home we were wanting, he got right to work conducting extensive research on all the homes within the parameters we were wanting. Once we decided on a house he was willing to get up at 6am on a Saturday to get on the phone and make our offer to the seller's agent. He showed that kind of commitment to us throughout our home buying process.
Once we had a contract on our new home, Andrew kept us informed all along the way to closing and provided excellent references for all the other services we would need to close on our home including a home inspector, appraiser, home insurance broker, repair man and the title company. Every company and individual he referred us to gave us the same high quality service and worked well with Andrew. This was a very important trait to have in our realtor as it allowed our home buying process to proceed smoothly and provided us a lot of confidence and comfort through the whole process.
Even after closing on our house, he has continued to check in with us and make sure things were going well with our new home.
