Joel and his crew did good work, but unfortunately, they didn't finish the job. One tree was left untrimmed, another was not mulched and none of the weeds were pulled or sprayed - new mulch was just laid down on top. We also paid for an irrigation inspection, but the crewman who did it spent less than five minutes with my husband reviewing the zones and clearly missed problem areas, including a spot where they had just planted new shrubs. After countless texts and even phone calls with Joel, he and his crew have yet to come out and finish the job nearly a month later. Initially, his response to our concerns was "sorry you feel that way." He has since promised to come out and make the situation right but that was over a week ago and we have not received any communication from him since. Overall, the entire situation has been handled with gross unprofessionalism and is very disappointing consider the sum we paid for his services.
