It went well and they were kind enough to place the equipment toward the back of the house although the main water shut off and sewage was in the front of the house.

I highly recommend Mark, Dan and the All Florida Soft Water team. Their pricing was very competitive and the installation was exactly as promised (timely, professional and complete). The WaterCare System performs great and is exactly what our home needed.

Both the sales rep and the installer were punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and highly competent. Since we are new to the area, it was a pleasure to find a reliable contractor who communicated the options and the job process well. Plus, the installation was completed in one day as promised.

Mike was punctual, and installation went well, However I felt like Mike was in a hurry, and did not want to explain the installation process, nor how the system worked! I pretty much felt like he was in a hurry although it was his only installation of the day, and I was asked if installation could be done an hour earlier which I agreed upon. Again installation went well, just wish the cover to my Brand New softener wasn’t scratched up and there was a little more time allotted to explain the softener, reverse osmosis system, and maintenance requirements.

We are no water softener experts, but our personal research showed that a lower priced competitor had inferior products, and a higher priced competitor, who also had their products manufactured for them, were much more expensive. The timeliness, service and professionalism were all an A+. We were able to detect the difference in the water immediately.

Mike explained the system and the advantages over other alternatives. The installation was performed on time and in a professional manner. I highly recommend this customer-oriented company. Shane was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. He spent time with my explaining the fundamentals of a water softening system, and when I decided to have it installed, he was on it right away and finished the job the next day. I got a couple of follow up calls as well.

This was a Great experience. Michael Moon, the water treatment specialist came out within an hour of my call. We agreed to go with All Florida Soft Water, Inc. and we couldn't be happier. Two days later on the agreed to date and time, the Technicians showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They did an excellent and clean installation of the system and we are already feeling the benefits of having had this system installed.

No complaints. The water in our new neighborhood is incredibly hard and had a strong chlorine odor to it. Coming from a home with a softener and now being on city water, we made the decision to invest in a softener and RO system. We received three different quotes from companies in the area and this was the best. Several people in our neighborhood also used All Florida and recommended them. We didn't feel pressured during the sales pitch (no daily hounding phone calls) and got back in touch with the salesman several days later. Whole process went smooth. Drinking water and the softener system have made a big difference.

very well the representative and the plumber arrived as scheduled and the installation was done without problems . The unit seems to be of good quality, although the unit was installed on Monday February 19,2018 I can see a remarkable improvement in the water and the clothes. The unit came with a good warranty. I had proposals from a couple of companies and decided to go with this company based on the reviews. I believe that this is a small business company which I feel will give me better service in the long run.

Thorough explanation of the type of softener needed was provided by Michael Moon(water treatment specialist), who took his time to explain the differences among what is currently available in the market and the benefits from All Florida Soft Water, after multiple quotes this was the first time the price paid was reasonable for the product, service and warranty, at no time did we feel we ere being hassled. . The system was installed by John who did a quick and clean installation. Both Michael and John were punctual, professional and had our best interest in mind.

The owner David Copp handled sales and the experience was quick and to the point, and completely free of BS unlike the other companies I interviewed, and the price was very good. No free add ons or special deals, in other words, no BS. If you want a high quality water softener/chlorine filter, promptly and professionally installed with no you know what, then this is the company I would recommend. And it works fantastic to remove hardness from the water and it is lovely to have soft, chorine-free water now throughout the house;showers, everywhere.

Fine. The overall quality of the softener is not the highest... no adjustments, but you get what you pay for.
