I didn't use their service because they wouldn't return a phone call but Shane, the person they eventually recommended completed half the job, took partial payment and disappeared. I would not use this company for any service if the people they recommend are this unreliable.

I called on Thursday and spoke with the owner, John, who said he would come out the following Tuesday to provide an estimate. He never came out or called to reschedule/explain.

The owner was very knowledgeable but the crew was a little dicey.  They were fine though, maybe a little rough around the edges.  It was several years ago, so they may be fine now.  The owner is an arborist and he came out to give me an opinion.  He is a very nice fellow.  They were good.  The price was fair and competitive.  Overall, they did a great job.

I was in a rush to get the job completed and they came quickly to quote and complete the work. The price was great considering that I had a tree in the back of my lot that was challenging to get to and had to be brought down carefully to avoid several obstacles. The only thing that bothered me was that they did drop the tree and smash up a couple of small flower bed pavers that I would have moved myself had the guys told me they were in the way. No big deal though because they only broke a couple of the pavers that were only worth a couple of bucks a piece. They did a skillful job to miss all of the important things that I asked them to avoid. They cleaned up professionally and completed the job in a very quick manner. Overall I was very pleased.

This company did a wonderful job. Out of all of the trees that got moved and planted only 1 died. They showed up on time and they were very professional in making sure that they planted them exactly where I wanted. They informed me on how to care for them at first as well.

They did a wonderful job doing this project. There were no uncovered holes when they were done. The water system has been excellent besides needing to be adjusted every once in awhile. They showed up on time and the project took them about 2 days. They have called me many times since it was completed to make sure that I am still happy with it. I also thought that the price was fair.

We were so relieved to have them take that big, old, oak tree away. The darned thing was leaning on our house. The crew came in a very timely fashion and got right to work. The Tree Masters really know what they are doing, I guess that is why they are called the Tree Masters. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Tree Master did a pretty decent job of cleaning out and pruning my trees and yard but they could have done much better. They left a large dead limb hanging on one of my trees. I was not totally satisfied with the price as I feel they could have been a little less expensive. Next time, I will look a little more into the competition. I doubt I will use them again.

John came out and quoted the job. Then, he was reluctant to send a crew out to perform the work because he had no other jobs in the area. When I finally pressured him to meet his commitment, he sent a crew out who lacked the proper equipment to complete the job.

"Dear HomeOwner: Please accept our apology in the delay of scheduling your job. I am not aware of the exact timing, however, September is directly in the middle of hurricane season. There are times when our company is willing to give special pricing to homeowners that are willing to wait for their tree care in order for us to take care of homeowners that need immediate help or their trees are in a dangerous position. I think this was one of those situations. I have heard him do this a lot during tropical storms and hurricane season. Again, please accept our apology for not taking care of this in a timely manner.
