Great!  Called Steve, left a message and he got back with me about an hour later.  It wasn't an emergency but  he came over about 1/2 hour after that.  He identified the problem and had to work at removing the corroded drain that we tried for two days to remove. Since we didn't want to damage the PVC pipe or the threads, we decided it was time to call a plumber.   He got the drain out and installed the new one.  Had he not been able to remove the drain we would have had to pull the tub and replace tile and spend some serious money doing an unintended remodel so we are very happy!  Thank you Steve.

I had used Steve to upgrade my water softener, install a new kitchen faucet and 5 stage r/I water filter. He is professional and courteous. When I had a small leak on the drain pipe of my water softener, he came the very next morning and had the problem solved in less then 20 minutes. I will use Steve for all my plumbing needs because of his skills, abilities and respect to vets.

Steve was prompt, courteous and efficient. He arrived when he said he would and brought everything he needed to get the job done. He cleaned up after himself and took the old hot water heater with him. I was very pleased with his work and I am considering using him to do a bathtub/shower remodel in the near future.

Steve's expertise made the project seem quite simple. He cut the slab, dug out the fill, rebuilt the drain/trap and then rebuilt the slab all in a day. He was very prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Steve went out of his way to offer suggestions on other plumbing related aspects of my renovation. I would definitely recommend Steve and I will absolutely call him first for all my future plumbing needs.

The installation of the hot water heater was performed in March. 2013. It was an a-one job. He was fast, courteous and professional. There was never a single delay. He is a plumber that can be trusted. He shows up when he tells you, plus or minus 5 minutes. How many contractors can say that? I've logged many how's looking out the window for contractors to finally show. There's always a polite excuse. With Stevens you don't get excuses, you get the job done promptly.

I am currently remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. Of course there is plumbing work in progress. I lost my hot water for about 2 days. I immediately thought the hot water heater installed in March 2013 was defective. Within 2 hours of my call Stevens was there checking it out. He assured me the hot water heater was fine.

Sure enough he was absolutely right. The contractors doing work on my house caused the problem. Stevens could not have been more professional. He didn't charge for his visit.

I made one mistake with my present contractors. I didn't hire Stevens Plumbing to do the work.

He is a rare find in that contracting jungle out there. I had that feeling the first time he worked for us. A year later he drove the point home. He's a sure bet for quality. He earned every nickel you pay him. He gets my highest recommendation. He has earned this sterling review.

He worked me into a full week end schedule due to our leak. He came promptly, was courteous, very professional, and fixed everything. He was neat and left everything very clean.

We purchased a new home in the Nocatee area, and my wife was doing research on quality water softeners, and Steven's plumbing came highly rated on Angies List.
She called Steve and he was very informative, and helpful in assessing our needs. My wife was very appreciative of the time he took going over her questions and felt very comfortable. We then set up an appointment where he would bring a model out to our house to discuss in more detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how straightforward he was in the process. He is a very genuine person. We agreed on the system he presented and showed up on time the following week to install the system as we just closed on our new construction home.
His install was very efficient, and he took the time to walk us through the system and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The price was resonable, and we concluded the service without any issue. Steve will be the plumber we call on for any other plumbing needs. Simply outstanding service and a quality product.

Called Steven on a Friday and told him it was no nessasery he came that day and could come the following week if he preferred. He came that day at the time he said, worked out my problem, explained everything to me taking every sonario into consideration. Hurray, a workman with respect for the woman of the house. He ordered the part and install the following Monday. Followed up with a check that everything was well. Very punctual, reliable, respectful, honest, would use him again, recommend him and have done already.

We are landlords from across the country, and Steve was very professional and kept us in the loop as as to what jobs really needed to be done and which did not. He sent pictures and detailed specifics about the repairs that needed to be done, what supplies needed to be purchased - and he was professional dealing with the tenant as well as us. I would definitely use his services again.

Our hot water heater had less and less volume until it completely failed on the evening of 12/22. I called Steven's Plumbing and scheduled for him to come first thing in the morning on 12/23. I have done some business with them in the past and I liked that the person who came to my house was Steven and not just a contracted plumber. Steven arrived punctually and had me fixed up with new water heater at a price that couldn't be beat. In addition, he helped point out and fix my water filter and softening system that had not been running properly for a while. And he did that for no charge. The water pressure in my whole house had dropped because of some scale buildup breaking loose from a 16 year old water heater and he also helped me clear up that problem at no additional charge. I really appreciated his honesty and the service was terrific. This was a job that I definitely felt was worth the price to have a professional come and do the installation.
