My wife was met at the property by Mack Justin and Steven Ritter the Broker/Owner of the company. Mack was new so Steven Ritter was with him. Mack Justin was new and it showed. He was very excited about helping us, which turned out to blow up in our face. He found a tenant and seemed very happy with the property during the walk through. After the tenant moved in they were not happy with the dishwasher or the refrigerator. We offered the appliances that were in our other side of the duplex. Mack said he would take care of it. He took care of it alright, we were charged $180.00 to move two appliances about 80 feet. We also were charge $95.00 to flip a switch on a motion detector that I installed. Also $222.50 for a plumbing issue that was never explained. We were not made aware of any of these “repairs” prior to us getting the money removed from our account. And it gets worse. The tenant was allowed to make changes to the building, which included drilling holes in the brick of the house. We asked for the property manager Mack Justin, to meet us at the property and go over the concerns we have. That never happened. We sent a reply into Steven Ritter and all he could do is reply via email and text. He would not pick up the phone and speak to us. Then replied that he doesn’t normally get involved that he lets his employees handle things. After Mr. Ritter released us from the contract via email, we received another charge on our invoice for $140.00 to replace an a/c filter on a brand new a/c unit. We have sent in a request to Debbie Ruggiero, Property Manager Director for reimbursement of this money and was told no. Even though they were informed not to charge us for anything without our knowledge. This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. The stress and additional time and effort we had to endure was extreme. None of the employees call you back in a timely manner and certainly don’t want to talk with you. That it seems comes for the owner. This company is a reflection of poor management of its own people and resources. Don’t let them manage anything that you care about.
