The spa water level would drop a foot after the pump would turn off. It started the day they replaced it. I called them over a dozen times to have them fix it. They told me they were researching it then sent the $250 installation bill to collections and would not take my call. I called Aloha Pools and they figured it out in 5 minutes and fixed their mistake. I bought from pinch a penny because of the corporate name. These are franchises. I called pinch a penny corporate and they said they could not help me. The guy that owns this store also owns the jax bch store. This was the worst experience I have had on the beach contractor wise. These are not pool guys.........or honest people for that matter.
