We just came home from a trip just around two to three weeks ago and when I opened up the garage door there was an animal sitting there within a foot to the door. It was probably an 8-inch rat. I took a plastic bag over my hand and put it into another plastic bag. I saved it for Massey. I called them up and he came out and he said that is a rat. The thing had eaten its way underneath my garage door at two places.  Massey told me that he probably had eaten some poison elsewhere and he ate his way into my garage and just died. Massey put out two traps. They called about every three days for awhile for me to go out and check to see if there was anything within their traps. Once that happened, nothing ever showed up and I did not see anymore droppings or anything. Massey has been very helpful. We started out with Massey for the termite control. We needed a termite company when we moved here because you are supposed to have a termite bond on your house. The man was very helpful who came out. He kept up with it and he kept calling me back and checking in to make sure that I did not have a problem and that was very good. I have been happy with the pest control, the termite stuff they do and certainly with this as well.

I have two separate services with them.  They are excellent.  Anytime I've ever had any trouble, they have come right out and dealt with it.  They are always punctual and very professional.

We used another service and every winter our lawn would fight to come back.  When we switched to them the lawn did great.  It died like it does every winter but it came back really well.  They always answered my questions; the technician would come to my house when I had questions or concerns which I found very helpful. My only issue was that their prices may have been higher in general than the rest of the area but my grass was looking good.

They are really exceptional. I've been using them for four years. They are always here and their prices are excellent. I pay $75 every two months.
