They began as two very confident men who instilled a great sense of relief when Steven came over to talk to us about selling our home. Steve said he would be in touch later that day to provide us with a mortgage lender he was friends with who would be able to put us in contact for a new home loan. That was the last time we heard from them. Steve hadn't told us, but instead of taking time to go over the listing info and put it up on various real estate websites, he disappeared! We had to chase him down to later find out that he was at a business convention in Arizona.
The listing went up and we were aghast at the incorrect information on there, they had pulled outdated photos from a previous listing with another realtor, they listed taxes as $40,000 a year (!!!), and in the description of the home they simply listed directions from the office to our house.
We tried contacting them to let them know what was happening and after multiple attempts I got a text message from Steve saying that he and Jay would be happier if we just signed the release forms and looked for another realtor.
I am disgusted by this man's lack of professionalism and glaring lack of effort.

Dan McCarthy was wonderful! Before we arrived, he sent us very useful relocation packet as well as multiple emails consisting of properties for sale. We are a retired couple who were not sure where we wanted to go. Dan did a great job helping us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. He even sent us information on Tampa and Orlando (our other options). He picked us up at the airport and we had a great conversation on the ride home. He definitely is a person who listens to our wants and needs and made things happen. We planned on looking for a week, but within 3 days of being in Jacksonville, my wife and I not only found the home of our dreams, but a new great friend! There was never any pressure. He is an expert in the business and knows the market better than anyone. There is no one else in the market who can give you the attention and honesty Dan did.
