- Lack of hot water and an extremely loud hot water tank.
- Air conditioner not working.
- Bugs, bugs, bugs... the place was infested w/ ants and other crawly things.
- Water damage to cabinets in bathrooms.
- Cracked kitchen sink and countertops.
- Noisy bath exhaust fans and in poor condition.
- Electrical switches not working or they spark when turned on.
- Electrical outlets do not hold the plug.
- Mold inside around water damage and outside on house and fence.
There were other issues like poor condition of walls and ceiling, door
locks did not work, cracked and chipped tile floors, laminate
floors were cracked and scarred, and trim in every room needed repair.
We have pictures and emails addressing all these problems. The only repair he performed was to fix the air compressor.
This house is a safety hazard. We are currently reporting him to the Dept. of Real Estate Regulations.
