Came late in afternoon instead of am. First half of crew arrived & did good job, taking great care brick fence & sprinklers were not damaged when taking down cedar & grinding stump. Then second crew with foreman came. Foreman seemed angry and in great hurry, took over with long-handled saw. Didn't care what fell on fence or bushes, broke sprinkler, which he felt was no big deal - I could fix it easily. Foreman stressed he was late to get to another job and left in hurry with all crew, which didn't have time to clean inside brick fence (they did clean outside) i.e. debris on bushes, ground, fence, in ivy, fountain. Instead of cleaning out all the little dead branches in center of the cedar, he cut off all the lowest branches, then shaved off branches on the next higher layer. Area above was not touched. Excuse was "I did what the paper said" (which was “ thin out center”) and “besides I don't have time for that”. Before foreman left, he loudly, threateningly with raised voice, shaking finger at man grinding stump: "Make sure you get the check before you leave!" in a way implying that I, standing right next to both, might refuse to pay and thus he was not to leave until he had that check. I need to mention the rest of the crew was respectful and mindful not to do any damage. I complained to office, but they felt foreman behaved properly. No "we're sorry” was offered, and they felt my mowing service could clean up, and I could just get another sprinkler head (there is COVID & I just had a total hip replacement, which doesn’t allow me to drive) . As to “cleaning out dead branches in center” - “I was told the wind will blow it out” and “I got what I paid for”. I don’t recommend that co., but if you use them, get complete details on Proposal and pray you don’t get that foreman.

From getting an estimate to having the job completed was a painless process. After calling and getting multiple quotes I felt Eagerton was the best company to go with. They showed up on time for the estimate as well as for the job itself. Every team member was kind and courteous. Nothing was left behind for us to clean up. Would definitely do business with them again.

They were very responsive to my calls. It was half the cost of some of my other estimates. The people who came were very skilled at controlling the falling trees. It was a pleasure to watch them. Only a couple of fence boards were broken, but they replaced before they left. All the trees were removed from my property and only minimal debris remained. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Work performed was OK. Company did not stack debris according to city guidelines. Found out after the fact that we were charged twice what six other tree companies would have done the job for.

FANTASTIC -  would highly recommend them. Was to take the entire day took let than 5 hours.  Very organized and have everything planned out to a T. Did everything he said. Great price - lowest out of the several others we got.  Can't say enough about the tree service and Mr. Eagerton and his crew.

Excellent.  We called them on a Sunday, the owner came out the same day to give us an estimate.  They were here the following day on time and ready to work.  We got 3 quotes and his was the best for the amount of work that needed to be done.  Thank you guys.

Now I had a really large (over 7 feet in circumference!! and probably over 100 feet in height) really old maple tree that had grown completely out of control.  The tree trunk was only 6 feet from the corner of my home and 12 feet  from my neighbor's home. Which meant the canopy was hanging over my home and my neighbor's.  A recipe for disaster with hurricane season approaching in northeast Florida. We called Eagerton Tree Service as we had them do some work previously and were satisfied.  We called Eagerton Tree Service again and the owner answered promptly and set up an appointment to come over and look at our tree.  He came that same day and gave us a price  to Top out and shape up this tree and to just "drop" 3 other small trees.  We scheduled the service as we thought the price was reasonable.  The owner and crew arrived on time (Oh Yes and THEY ARE LICENSED BONDED AND INSURED!!) They immediately went to work.  This was not an easy job...I live in an Old Neighborhood (tract homes built in 1950's) all overhead utilities and lines running in all directions.  PLUS...it had been raining for days, so our lawns were like huge green tar pits just waiting for someone to touch and leave furrows (which has happened recently) Not with the Eagerton Crew, they put plywood down on my lawn and left No Marks whatsoever.   I am still in awe at how quick and professional this Company operates.  They did a wonderful job, cleaned up everything (right down to raking the lawn free of debris!!) Mr. Eagerton and all of his crew exhibit the kind of professionalism that is extremely rare in this day.  Do yourself a favor, call this company if you need any kind of tree services, you will be happy you did.

Our neighbor's pine tree had been struck by lightening last year.  It had lost nearly all its pine needles and very large sections of bark had been falling from the tree for weeks.  It was in bad shape and in a difficult spot on the edge of the property line between two homes.  The tree was in my neighbors yard but I shared the cost of removal and I was there to witness the removal.  The crew arrived on time and began setting up equipment.  Within a very short time the top of the tree was swinging through the air and gently placed in the front yard.  The rest of tree was removed quickly.  The debris cleaned up and the crew was done in about 3 hours.  It was impressive how well things went. in spite of the deteriation of the tree and its location.
While the tree removal went well, I felt the crew was not as professional as they could have been.  The tree crew came into my back yard, without permission, and climbed on my fence to work on my neighbors tree.  I expect the crew to ask for permission to come on my property and not just assume it is ok.   I would not expect grown men to climb a  fence.  As a result of their actions my fence is weakened and in need of additional repairs.
My neighbor whose tree was removed  told me that the crew moved their basketball hoop to the other side of the house so that they could work on the tree but never returned to its place.  It is filled with concrete and she is not able to move it on her own.  I suggested she call Eagerton and ask them to come by and move it back.  I am not sure she has done that yet.

They were extremely professional, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do.  For the amount of work that was done I would say the price was fair.  I liked that the owner, Jake, was very professional.  He was attentative and I liked that.  The crew was god at what they do.   They kind of stayed out of the way and tried to be as nonintrusive as possible when you're taking out trees.  They tried to fit everything around what I was trying to do.  I wanna say there were 30-35 Oleanders.   There wasn't a bunch of hanging around, they were out there plugging away.  They talked to each other of course.

They were wonderful. The communication with Jake the owner was excellent. He came out on a Thursday and they had an opening on a Friday afternoon to complete the work. He gave me a discount to do the service early. This was the least expensive quote that I received. The men that were with him were very hard working.

They did a very nice job. They were fantastic. It was a very good price. We had another estimate for $1,200. We would use them again.
