Sod Installation
Provider sprayed the yard on 7/13/24 to kill the existing sod. He returned on 7/25/24 to remove the dead sod and smooth out the yard. I was told the sod would be delivered on 7/31/24 and was not. As of this writing I was told on several occasions that the provider was following up to see when the sod would be delivered. He went as far as the indicate the sod would be delivered 8/1/24. The sod never came and my yard is nothing but a dirty mess. When I asked via text message for the provider to call me my request went unanswered. Totally unacceptable. I need my yard sodded immediately.

I was in a bind with all the recent rain, My yard had become so overgrown I couldn't see my dogs once they found a way into it, I spoke to Blake of Diggs Lawn Care and he was able to get it cut down for me. My dog's and I are forever grateful to Diggs! Blake is a true professional, yet kind, understanding and down to earth person! Thank'you soo much!

This is a great company and maybe it is just my expectations being off. Our backyard is sheltered and still grows in the winter months. They still bill me for each month, but do not come out in Dec/Jan/Feb and maybe once in March. That does not work for us or our small dogs.

Had a hard time with this company. I was set up for weekly service and they would miss weeks at a time. No phone calls or communication. I understand it rains a lot in the summer, but other lawn care services in my neighborhood were still showing up. I was set up for weekly service which included trimming bushes so not sure why the were touching the house. I also have a large dog and the kept leaving the gate open after multiple requests to close it. We I informed them in the middle of September that I wanted to cancel my service., They just stopped coming, No communication no refund for the last week, nothing. Cannot recommend
